Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• CMA credential required.
• Experience using EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations, workflow, staffing, and scheduling.
• Supervise, support, and mentor clinical staff.
• Coordinate patient care and ensure quality standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, documentation, and compliance.
• Assist with hiring, training, and onboarding clinical team members.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and medical record management.
• Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and leadership.
• Respond to patient concerns to maintain positive patient experience.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
• Support BCCP processes, laboratory logs, and pharmacy ordering as applicable.
