Dental Dreams LLC is seeking a Security Guard to safeguard our Olney clinic in Philadelphia, PA. The role emphasizes vigilance, incident reporting, and rapid response to emergencies to protect staff, patients, and visitors.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish/English), have a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of security experience. The position is full-time and onsite, with responsibilities spanning access control and incident management.

Qualifications

• Must have a clear background in security or related fields.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred to assist diverse client base.
• Excellent observation skills and ability to report hazards promptly.

Responsabilités

• Monitor clinic entry and exit activity and maintain orderly access.
• Report hazards or violations to management and police when needed.
• Take appropriate action to control emergencies or hazards per established protocols.
• Respond to all emergency codes as a first responder following SOPs.
• Assist with maintaining a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors.
