Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors at the front desk with courtesy and professionalism.
• Register patients and verify insurance information.
• Assist with billing tasks using appropriate documentation.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff.
• Schedule, reschedule and cancel patient appointments.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
• File and organize patient records and EMR documents as needed.
• Process co-pays and payments and balance daily transactions.
