Job summary

Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a Bilingual Client Support Liaison to manage day-to-day supervision of temporary workers, monitor productivity and quality, and assist with interviews, scheduling, attendance, and payroll hours.

The role emphasizes coaching, safety programs, GMPs, and operations reporting, with hours 6:30am–4:30pm and occasional overtime. Salary ranges from $20–$22 per hour DOE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Labor Solutions and support office staff to provide the best customer service.
• Assist with the completion of the necessary training for Temps.
• Perform daily safety observation walk-throughs.
• Establish strong working relationships and maintain those relationships by providing optimal customer service.
• Intake of employee relations complaints.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area.
• Perform daily roster check-ins.
• Travel to designated office locations to pick up weekly checks and participate in weekly office meetings.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Evaluate staffing strategies and plans.
• Submit qualified candidates to the hiring authorities.
• Intake of employee injury reports.
