Job summary

Charles Schwab Careers is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to service both international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account servicing needs.

Role includes assisting with stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, plus translation services for internal partners. Evening/night shifts support Stock Plan Services, with a hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• In addition to English, must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR ability to obtain within training time.
• Well-developed communication skills to build trust with clients.
• Structured schedule with pre-determined shifts including lunch/breaks.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Serve international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with trading, account servicing, and inquiries.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options.
• Provide document translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign languages as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
