Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an Associate, Bilingual Client Services Representative to service international and domestic clients with a full range of trading and account servicing needs. You will assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, and provide document translation for internal partners and foreign-language clients.

The role requires Mandarin/Cantonese fluency in addition to English, Series 7/63 licensing (or enrollment in the licensing process), and a strong client-focused

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak in Mandarin/Cantonese in addition to English.
• Series 7 & 63 licenses required OR condition to obtain within training time.
• Strong communication skills to build trust with clients via phone/chat/email.
• Must be available to work a structured schedule including lunch/break times as per business needs.
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, and work ethic; eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Service international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with full trading and servicing needs.
• Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options.
• Translate documents for internal partners and support foreign-language clients as needed.
• Support Stock Plan Services during evening and overnight shifts.
