Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a bilingual Client Service Manager to lead client communications and ensure exceptional service across patient care teams. You will provide regular progress updates, build strong relationships with families, and act as the primary liaison for clients and nursing staff.

This role requires 3+ years in customer service, 1+ year in management, and Salesforce experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to clients on project progress.
• Develop open communication channels for clients and other departments.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact to establish strong relationships.
• Maintain close relationships with families, with constant communication.
• Assist with re-certifications visits and nurse-related coordination.
• Recruit new nurses to support existing patient cases.
• Adhere to company policies and represent the company professionally.
