Job summary

The Just One Project seeks a part-time Client Service Representative in North Las Vegas. You will be the first point of contact for clients, manage intake, and maintain records to support service delivery. Fluency in Spanish is required, and a Nevada Food Handlers Card must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

This role emphasizes dignity, compassion, and equity in a community-focused nonprofit setting, with a 20–25 hour work week, Mon-Fri 8:00 am–12:00 pm, non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1+ year of nonprofit experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of administrative, client services experience (required).
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Must obtain and maintain a Nevada Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front desk operations, including answering phone inquiries and assisting clients with check-in.
• Maintain and update accurate client records and demographics.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel client appointments.
• Enter client data in Salesforce and assist with audits for accuracy.
• Respond to referrals and ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
• Support intake processes and coordinate with staff to access services.
• Identify process improvements to streamline procedures.
• Contribute to reports on client engagement and service utilization.
