Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and call pools as necessaryResponds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable mannerFollows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties1+ years' experience working in Call Center of Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily dutiesKnowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferredDemonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requiresBilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual callsThe minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:Cameras are required to remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods. After training is completed, camera use will be required as directed by your supervisor or based on team expectations.Bilingual Remote:
