State Collection Service, Inc. is seeking Remote Health Care Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving questions about insurance, billing, and financial assistance.

You will follow client protocols, use established work queues, and respond to patient inquiries with accuracy. Bilingual candidates are encouraged; equipment is provided; remote work requires US residence with camera on.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in call center or customer service handling public inquiries.
• Knowledge/experience with medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred.
• Remote work in the United States with required internet and camera on during training and shifts.

Responsibilities

Health Care Customer Service Representatives

Health Care Customer Service Representative, you will be handling inbound and outbound calls in a high-tech environment, resolving general questions regarding insurance, financial assistance, and processing payments. Veterans and Military Spouses Encouraged to Apply**

Makes and answers calls in the name of the client to resolve billing and payment issues utilizing establish work queues and call pools as necessary

Responds to requests for information by patient/account holders in a professional, thorough, explainable manner

Follows client-specific protocols and policies when carrying out duties

1+ years’ experience working in Call Center of Customer Service function where contact with the public was a part of daily duties

Knowledge/experience of medical terminology, patient billing, healthcare insurance and/or healthcare administration preferred

Demonstrates flexibility in scheduling and assignments, to include regular evening and Saturday work as the business requires

Bilingual candidates will provide additional support for bilingual calls

The minimum internet speed requirements for remote work are as follows:

Cameras are required to remain on from the start of training through the end of each scheduled shift, excluding designated breaks and lunch periods. After training is completed, camera use will be required as directed by your supervisor or based on team expectations.

Bilingual Remote:

$18.00/hr AND the opportunity to earn quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in your first 12 months!

Non Bilingual Remote:

$16.00/hr AND the opportunity to earn quarterly performance increases up to an additional $2.00/hr in your first 12 months!
