Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team including cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions per client/FA/PWA requests.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts, relay stock positions and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documents in clerical capacity as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing strategies and team initiatives.
• Assist teams in delivering against business plans and client service models.
