• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Aufgaben

• Support FA/PWA/team in cultivating and enhancing client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions on request.
• Answer non-investment questions about client accounts and provide balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account documents clerically.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Support marketing activities (e.g., website maintenance).
• Assist teams in delivering against their business plan and client service model.
• Stay current on policies, procedures and new platforms.
• Participate in training and other duties directed by local management.
