Qualifications

• Two or more years of industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of financial services products including equities, bonds, options, funds, annuities, insurance
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and support client relationships
• Execute money movement transactions per client requests
• Answer non-investment questions and relay account information
• Enter profiles and pre-fill documentation in clerical capacity
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization)
• Onboard and maintain client accounts; collect required information
• Assist with marketing, website maintenance, and business plan execution
• Remain current on policies, procedures, and new platforms
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling with Zoom credentials
• Manage calendars, travel itineraries, and expense reports
