Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for FA/PWA/team including relationship cultivation and money movements.
• Answer non-investment questions and relay balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill account docs as directed.
• Educate clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign).
• Support marketing and team business plans; assist with website updates.
• Stay updated on policies, procedures, and new platforms.
• Participate in trainings and special projects as assigned.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and scheduling follow-ups.
• Manage calendars, meetings, and Zoom logistics.
• Prepare travel itineraries and expense reports; assist with admin tasks.
