Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and enhance client relationships through active communication and resolving inquiries.
• Identify and assist with Firm services and digital offerings to support client needs.
• Confirm authorization and authenticate clients when processing requests.
• Onboard and maintain client accounts, collect documentation, assess risk, and process transactions.
• Input orders and discuss reinvestment options and actions with Financial Advisors.
• Prepare financial plans, client reports, and materials for client meetings.
• Review client account alerts and take appropriate actions.
• Support marketing by maintaining materials and planning client events.
• Participate in training and development programs and firm initiatives.
