Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Wealth Management Analyst to support Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors across client service, digital marketing, portfolio tooling, financial planning, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities include preparing for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and providing backup coverage for client service duties, including money movement and educating clients on digital tools, while staying current on policies and platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in a field relevant to the position.
• Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS), and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required
• Additional product licenses may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including preparing for regular meetings and tracking follow-ups.
• Assist with administrative elements of digital and in-person marketing strategies including conferences, seminars, webinars, websites, social media and email connectivity.
• Prepare and review client reports or financial plans from firm-approved systems for existing or prospective clients
• Assist with research using firm-approved systems
• Participate in client meetings representing the service lens
