Job summary

Animal Care & Control Of Nyc is seeking a Client Care Representative (Spanish Speaking) to join our Queens team. You’ll greet clients, connect them with the right departments, and explain our animal care services, including admission, adoption, health and behavior guidance.

The schedule is union-driven and may include overtime; you must be bilingual in Spanish, have a high school diploma, and at least 1 year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Positive, compassionate attitude, and good computer skills required.
• TREATs animals and people with respect; Spanish bilingual required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Provide information about fees, TNR, and services.
• Register dogs for NYC licenses online and collect fees.
• Deliver empathetic, professional customer service.
