Job summary

The YWCA of Annapolis & Anne Arundel County seeks a Client Relations Representative (CRR) to greet clients, manage the switchboard, and provide resource and referral information. You will support program billing, data entry, and reporting while coordinating scheduling and outreach.

You will assist with events, volunteer coordination, and ensure high-quality service; bilingual Spanish/English applicants are encouraged and a background check is required.
