Job summary

UL LLC is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support operations and clients across Latin America and North America. You will coordinate work orders, manage records, support audits, prepare quotations and client communications, and assist with status reporting in a collaborative, international environment.

The role requires organization, attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and other standard business apps.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process assigned client work orders in a timely and organized manner.
• Support client and supplier onboarding activities, including preparing starter kits and quotations.
• Receive, coordinate, and follow up on audit requests from clients.
• Maintain accurate client and project information within internal systems, including the SMETA portal.
• Communicate with clients across Latin America and North America, respond to inquiries promptly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and send payment reminders when required.
• Prepare client status updates and support the development of weekly and recurring reports.
• Use Excel to maintain, organize, and report operational information.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Relations, Business Support, regional teams, and other internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, report specifications, and other client documentation as needed.
• Identify issues, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and support practical solutions.
• Follow UL Solutions' Code of Conduct and security practices.
