IGT Glass Hardware is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to become an expert in our products, systems, and industry. You will work closely with clients, installers, glaziers, contractors, and internal teams to solve problems and deliver a memorable experience.

This role emphasizes learning, ownership, and a genuine passion for helping people succeed, combining technical guidance with proactive client support.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting B2B clients or professional business relationships.
• Strong communication in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented communication.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with product questions, troubleshooting, and solution recommendations.
• Build trust through professional, responsive, and thoughtful communication.
• Learn IGT products, installation concepts, and technical applications.
• Resolve claims, concerns, and service challenges with urgency and accountability.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Branch teams.
• Help improve processes, workflows, and the overall client experience.
• Participate in the development of new standards, SOPs, and training materials.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and service quality.
