Job summary

Kyo, a leading ABA therapy provider serving children with autism in Houston, seeks a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA across home, school, and community settings. This hybrid role blends telehealth and in-person visits, with opportunities for both part-time and full-time schedules.

You will work with a collaborative clinical team, mentor trainees, and leverage our proprietary care app. Pay range $85,000–$95,000 with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Active BCBA certification.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client sites.
  • Availability to support clients within service hours 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings using Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems.
  • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

Kyo is seeking a BCBA in the Houston area who is committed to delivering high‑quality, ethical ABA, supported by a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a hybrid remote position.

Job Requirements
  • Education and Skills: Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Active BCBA certification.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client and business sites.
  • Availability: Ability to provide client support within our service hours of 8:00am–7:00pm, Monday–Friday, with schedules determined based on your client needs.
  • Physical Ability: This job requires extensive standing, walking, reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and participate in physical and play‑based therapies.
