Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish).
• Valid driver's license; company van provided.
• Experience with deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
• Ability to drive to multiple locations in the tri-state area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility with working hours; emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
• Reporting deficiencies and safety hazards to management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
• Drive to various locations within the tri-state area for assignments.
• Take before and after photos of work and submit daily reports to regional team.
• Perform deep cleaning, carpet extractions, strip and wax, and window cleaning.
• Train and recruit cleaning staff and report hours to payroll.
