Total Cleaning is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager for its Post-Construction Division in the West Palm Beach area. You will lead a team of subcontractors and cleaning specialists, plan and control projects to meet cost and profitability targets, and ensure work complies with contract specs.

The role emphasizes process improvement, safety, and strong client service, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, scheduling, and relationship management across assigned sites.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant job experience in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Continuously analyzes the results of construction operations and takes corrective action when performance deviates from standard.
• Leaves or reviews job costing and budgets to ensure profitability and margin performance.
• Proposes additional services and supports sales accounts in maintaining client relationships.
• Supervises and coordinates subcontractors and cleaning specialists to ensure work meets contract specifications and safety policies.
