Job Description

A successful cleaning company in Long Island is looking for a Project Manager to work within the tri-state area. Must be bi-lingual (English / Spanish) and have a valid driver\'s license as a company van will be provided.

This role will require the ability to drive to the following locations for assignments:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
• Must have experience with:
• Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities
• Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management so they can be reported to the client.
• Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team
• Construction cleanups
• Carpet extractions
• Strip and Wax, Buffing floors
• Pressure washing
• Window cleaning
• Hi-low dusting
• General office cleaning
• Training and recruitment of cleaning staff
• Reporting hours to payroll

Bilingual English and Spanish skills required

Flexibility with working hours. Emergency nights and weekend work may be required.
