Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a delivery driver to transport parts and products to stores and a distribution center. You will operate a company vehicle, maintain route manifests, and ensure on-time deliveries while complying with driving eligibility rules and logging mileage daily.

Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, and the role offers hourly pay with a comprehensive benefits package as part of the compensation plan.

Qualifications

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center. Must have legal required state driver's license and meet company mandated driving eligibility requirements.
Pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route, deliver to appropriate store.
Maintain daily city route manifest for deliveries.
Deliveries must be made according to set schedule and report delays to supervisor.
Project professional image and communicate needs from stores to management.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
