Qualifications
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Familiar with automotive parts.
- Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee city route schedule and delivery specialists.
- Serve as contact person for city delivery service.
- Ensure accuracy of each order pulled prior to delivery.
- Maintain organized hub city delivery area divided into spoke stores.
- Ensure hub delivery specialists are on schedule and communicate delays to stores.
- Monitor hub system and routes for efficiency and cost savings; report recommendations.
- Clock in/out compliance for hub team.
- Research undelivered parts and adjust billing as needed.
- Collaborate with store manager to cover routes in absence of regular driver.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained and inspections completed; log mileage.
- Provide input on delivery staff performance for evaluations.
