Dr. Jeffrey Gerdes, D.C. is seeking a dynamic bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to join our Raleigh, NC clinic.

The role supports front desk operations, patient intake, insurance verification, and coordination with the chiropractor to ensure smooth patient flow. Ideal candidates are comfortable with a fast-paced environment, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and can multitask while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as Chiropractic Assistant or related role (not required; training provided).
• Certified Chiropractic Assistant preferred but not required.
• Strong computer and phone skills with scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk tasks.
• Verify insurance and assist with billing and claims.
• Assist with initial patient assessments and vitals as directed.
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment, and prepare for procedures.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with physician.
• Provide patient instruction on home exercises and care.
