Qualifications

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — this is a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly and help them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
• Guide patients through their treatments — teaching proper technique, applying heat packs and electric stimulation (e-stim), and coaching them through therapeutic exercises.
• Assist the chiropractor with patient flow, treatments, and daily front- and back-office tasks.
• Juggle multiple responsibilities at once — scheduling, paperwork, and patient communication — while keeping things organized and on track.
• Communicate clearly with our English- and Spanish-speaking patients to make sure everyone feels understood and well cared for.
