Job summary

My Wireless is hiring an Assistant Retail Store Manager to support the Store Manager in coaching a sales team and delivering the best customer experience with AT&T products. This fast-paced role rewards performance and leadership.

You will help manage operations, staffing, training, and in-store marketing initiatives while guiding associates to meet sales goals and AT&T standards. Eligible for growth into a Store Manager position.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a retail or wireless setting is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Bilingual applicants are preferred but may not be required depending on location.

Responsibilities
