Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required.
• If degree is unrelated, 1 year of Human Services experience or certification is required.
• An associate degree with 2 years of related experience or equivalent training is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support Families: assist families in achieving goals while ensuring child safety.
• Case Management: collaborate with families, partners, Tribal entities, and Spanish-speaking communities.
• Engage Effectively: interact with children, families, and caregivers using trauma-informed, anti-racist approach.
• Develop Strategies: create and implement plans leveraging family strengths.
• Handle Documentation and Legal Duties: conduct home visits, complete legal documents, attend court hearings.
