Job summary

Cavender’s in Spanish Fort, AL is seeking a Bilingual Cashier to deliver Best of the WEST customer service. You will greet customers in English or Spanish, process purchases, returns, and exchanges, and assist with finding solutions to meet needs.

You will maintain a clean, stocked sales floor, follow store policies, and support daily store operations, including merchandising updates and price changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash/electronic transactions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage with them throughout their shopping experience in English and Spanish.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and other POS transactions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, locate items, and provide solutions to meet needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked sales floor; stock merchandise and complete housekeeping tasks.
• Follow company policies and ensure store safety and security; report concerns to management.
