Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or closely related field.
• 1 year of experience providing case management.
• Bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Meet with children and youth at foster homes, schools, or community locations regularly.
• Maintain communication with youth, foster families, and treatment team members between meetings.
• Complete intakes and discharges, including screenings, assessments, and action plan development.
• Identify needs and connect youth to community resources.
• Provide strength-based services to support progress toward goals.
• Participate in supervision and training as required.
