Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Human Services field from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Perform intakes, interviews, and assessments of clients’ needs and follow-up case management.
• Coordinate services with partner agencies to ensure holistic service for all clients.
• Support Pathway of Hope by enrolling eligible families and applying policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records per organization policies.
• Prepare and maintain Salvation Army statistical reports for timely submission.
