Job summary

Global Refuge is seeking a HS/PRS Case Manager to support unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody. The role focuses on home visits, ongoing case management, and connecting families to essential community services.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, Spanish fluency, and the ability to travel up to 70% to meet program needs. The organization offers a strong benefits package and a mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required.
• 1 year of experience in child welfare or related area preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 70% to support field work.
• Knowledge of community resources and ability to connect families to services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits and phone contacts to assess safety and placement with caregiver (sponsor).
• Connect the child to community services to address risk factors and needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services or refer to appropriate services.
• Document thoroughly in line with Global Refuge policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisor and family to monitor safety and well‑being.
• Participate in ongoing supervision and other duties as assigned.
