Job summary

Hilltop Community Resources seeks a dedicated case manager to support families affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. You will provide in‑home and in‑office services, crisis counseling, and safety planning, while coordinating referrals and documenting progress.

The role involves managing a client caseload, conducting intake assessments, and delivering ongoing support. A BS in Human Services or related field is preferred, with CPI or CPR/First Aid certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services preferred, or related field, or four years of related experience.
• Equivalents accepted with education and experience mix.

Responsibilities

• Provide face‑to‑face contact with DV/SA program participants in office or home.
• Offer crisis intervention counseling and safety assessments for clients.
• Develop safety plans and treatment plans and maintain client records.
• Maintain caseload and timely documentation in Client Track.
• Answer crisis line calls and collect program statistics.
