Job summary

Hilltop Community Resources is seeking a dedicated professional to support families in crisis resulting from domestic violence or sexual assault. The role involves case management, therapeutic interventions, and life skills training to help clients access safe, stable services.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field, or four years of related experience, and a valid Colorado Driver’s License. CPR/First Aid and CPI certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face contact with program participants, in-office and in-home.
• Offer crisis intervention counseling and safety assessments for clients.
• Develop safety plans and treatment plans, and provide ongoing crisis intervention counseling.
• Maintain caseload and daily client contact with accurate documentation.
