Job summary

EAC Network is looking for a dedicated full-time Bilingual Case Manager to join our Suffolk County Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (TASC) Program.

As a Case Manager, you will work with the Behavioral Health & Justice Involved population, acting as a liaison to the courts, and managing a caseload while conducting assessments and client interventions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of prior experience working in intervention programs with criminal justice involved participants.
• Must have access to an automobile and possess a valid New York State Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to the courts and arrange client placements.
• Maintain complete client records and prepare status reports.
• Conduct cognitive behavioral interventions.
• Transport clients to appointments as needed.

Skills

Bilingual capability (English/Spanish)

Good communication skills

Knowledge of treatment programs

Experience in intervention programs

Proficiency in computer applications

Education

Associate degree in a helping profession

Bachelor Degree preferred
