Job summary

TORKLAW is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Case Manager to handle pre-litigation personal injury files from inception through settlement. You will maintain organized case files, communicate with clients, attorneys, insurers, medical providers, and prepare legal documents to move cases forward.

This role emphasizes client-focused service, collaboration with attorneys and staff, and careful attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Resourceful problem-solver with professional demeanor.
• Professional, personable, and client-focused demeanor.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Prior litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties.
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, evidence, and other case-related materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients throughout the claims process.
• Handle property damage claims and assist with lien negotiations.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups are completed timely.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Provide compassionate and professional client service while managing sensitive situations with care and professionalism.
