Job summary

The SAFE Alliance is hiring a CARES Case Manager (Bilingual) in Austin. The role coordinates client services, ensures safety and stability, and facilitates long-term healing and self-sufficiency within the CARES program at Liza's House Campus.

Responsibilities include prevention, crisis intervention, safety planning, and life-skills support, with some travel and hybrid/remote work. A Bachelor's in social work or related field is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish required; able to communicate clearly in both languages (verbal and written).
• Experience with survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, trafficking, or abuse preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and survivor advocacy best practices.
• Equivalent years of professional experience acceptable in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client services across SAFE CARES department.
• Provide prevention, crisis intervention, and safety planning assistance.
• Support stress management and life skills development for clients.
• Travel between SAFE campuses and community locations; some remote/hybrid work.
