Job summary

Right at Home Columbus is seeking compassionate Bilingual Spanish Caregivers to join our team of dedicated professionals. You will provide personalized in-home care to seniors, assisting with daily activities and contributing to their quality of life.

Responsibilities include ADLs, light housekeeping, errands/appointments, companionship, and medication reminders. We welcome flexible scheduling and promote training and growth within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to speak and understand Spanish.
• Able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Read, write, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Pass a background check.
• STNA, CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Accompany clients to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide companionship through activities like reading, music, and puzzles.
• Assist with medication reminders and daily routines.
