Job summary

The HT Group is hiring a Customer Solutions Representative for Llano, TX. This on-site role guides job seekers through career services, connects them with opportunities, and helps improve Career Center performance.

You will engage customers in person, virtually, and by phone to assess goals and provide guidance. Working Monday–Friday 8AM–5PM in a contract-to-hire arrangement, with bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce development or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of local labor market and resources.
• Proficiency with computers and basic office software.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle diverse customers with empathy.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person, virtually, and by phone to assess goals and provide guidance.
• Identify suitable job opportunities and make referrals.
• Advise customers on local job market, services, and resources.
• Support resume development, applications, interview prep, and presentation.
• Build relationships with internal teams, public, and community partners.
• Recommend improvements to workforce services based on needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance with quality service and follow-up.
• Perform additional duties to support center operations.
