A leading company is seeking a Career Consultant, Associate to support candidates in their career transitions. The role involves guiding individuals through job searches, providing coaching, and leveraging various resources to achieve successful outcomes. Candidates should have extensive experience in career consulting and possess strong analytical skills. This part-time position offers flexible hours and a supportive work environment focused on professional development.
The focus of the Career Consultant position is to provide individualized support and strategies for candidates in transition to help them identify career options and achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities include assisting with career transitions, making career shifts, pursuing entrepreneurial paths, or active retirement.
Employment Type: Part-time, hours vary each week.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Lead Consultant.
Direct Reports: No Direct Reports.
Location: Remote in Southern California, Arizona, or Colorado. Successful applicants must reside within the specified region.
Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) highly preferred.
