Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking a Remote Notary Signing Agent to work within the U.S. only.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Notarize documents related to titles and vehicle registrations.
• Process motor vehicle titles and registrations, including receiving payments.
• Examine submitted documents for authenticity and issue licenses and registrations.
• Prepare and review documentation for vehicle titles, registrations, and license plates.
• Assist with daily cash-out, shipping, and record scanning.
• Enter data from Vehicle Applications into the DPS system accurately.
• Proofread and verify all vehicle registration information.
• Prepare daily DPS reports.
• Perform office support tasks, including answering calls and customer inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Notary Commission.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• At least one year of experience in banking, DMV, or automotive registration/title work.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

Job Requirements: Computer, Internet, and home office setup.

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per loan signing appointment
