DARCARS of Fairfax is looking for a dynamic Car Sales Representative to join our team. You will sell new and used vehicles, delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales objectives.

The role involves engaging with customers in person and virtually, collaborating with Sales Consultants, Finance Managers, and the General Manager. Strong communication and a commitment to customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with customers and colleagues.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; Chinese also a plus.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Comfort with video tools like Facetime for virtual assistance.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and virtually.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Finance, and General Manager to complete transactions.
• Complete all required paperwork and assist with vehicle delivery and registration.
