Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting vehicles, closing sales, delivering vehicles with clear explanations, maintaining CRM data, and following up to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in any industry.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish for bilingual roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
