Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Occupational Therapist to deliver premier in-home health care for adults in the Diamond Bar area. This Independent Contractor role offers schedule flexibility and autonomy while providing high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation.

The ideal candidate will be licensed, trained in an accredited OT program, and comfortable working with clients of all ages.

Qualifications

• Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages.
• OT license and state registration.
• Completion of an accredited OT program.
• Bilingual is a plus (Cantonese preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status and activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement an OT treatment plan.
• Perform interventions to improve wellbeing and independence; monitor progress.
• Collaborate with other health care team members and educate patients and caregivers.
