Job summary

FeldCare Connects is seeking a self-motivated Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health services in Hawthorne, CA as an Independent Contractor. You will assess adults’ functional needs, plan interventions, and promote independence in daily living. Work-life balance, flexible scheduling, and clinician autonomy are emphasized.

Flexibility in scheduling and the ability to work as your own boss are highlighted, with ongoing support and opportunities to join a network of care providers.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Occupational Therapist in CA
• Completion of an accredited OT program
• Bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assess patient care needs related to function, ADLs, fine motor, home safety, and adaptive equipment.
• Develop treatment plans and implement interventions to improve patient wellbeing.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Instruct patients, families, caregivers, and the health care team on therapy activities and participation.
