FeldCare Connects in California is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Occupational Therapist to deliver premier home health care for adults in Diamond Bar and surrounding areas.

As an independent contractor, you will assess functional status, daily living activities, and adaptive equipment needs, then design and implement a treatment plan that improves safety and wellbeing for patients across ages. You will coordinate with families and the health care team to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active OT license and state registration
• Cantonese language ability is a plus
• Experience with home health is preferred

• Evaluate progress and adjust plan as needed
