Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Cantonese-English bilingual Customer Service Representative at the Embarcadero BART Station in San Francisco, CA. You will greet Clipper customers, assist with transactions, issue Clipper cards, and help customers use physical and mobile Clipper card payments.

You’ll work Monday–Saturday, 7am–7pm ( Saturdays 9am–2pm), onsite at the ticket booth. The role requires basic Excel and cash handling skills and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Cantonese.
• Must reside in San Francisco, onsite at Embarcadero BART.
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge.
• Cash handling experience.
• Handle and deescalate customer service situations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Clipper customers in face-to-face interactions.
• Issue Clipper cards and add transit value using a POS system.
• Respond to questions about using Clipper cards for transit.
• Account for cash, commuter checks and card payments during shifts.
