Aufgaben

• Collect and manage unit and client status information across the housing portfolio.
• Coordinate flow of information between DHS and Acacia Network Housing.
• Handle DHS intake calls; liaise with DHS, Shelter Directors and staff.
• Update CARES daily facility rosters and maintain records.
• Develop reports on status, progress, billing, and invoicing.
• Maintain professionalism and high-level customer service in communications.
